Lumbar spondylolisthesis is a Lower back disorder in which vertebrae fail to align as one of them moves forward on another bone. This causes friction between the bones which results in more joint inflammation and arthritis, increase in back and muscle pains, and even the high likelihood of illness such as spinal stenosis, where the spinal canal becomes narrower and affects various areas like the buttocks, thighs, calves and feet.
