Yes, the slippage caused by spondylolisthesis may also compress the nerve and fatigues the associated muscle which in turn may result into lower back and limb pain. This is because when a vertebra moves forward, it leads to an unstable position and as a result may squeeze nerves and overwork the muscles that try to adjust to the deformation.
