Increasing human life expectancy by a year or two would definitely increase the economic value on a large scale. It would mean lesser duration for people to be hospitalised which would enable them to travel, shop or invest in real estate and many other things. The associated return on investment would be more than 360 trillion dollars in 10 years, as the populace would be able to engage in healthier activities and work more effectively in society.
