Is it too late to change one’s lifestyle after 65 years of age health-wise?

No, it’s not too late. Research indicates that adopting certain lifestyle modifications, even after the retirement age of 65 and above, might still help improve the quality of life as well as increase life expectancy. One ideal exercise was instituted which was shown to result in improvement of health status of older adults.
