Can we turn back the clock on aging, and if yes then how, is a great issue.

Going back in time physically, like the character of Benjamin Button in the film, is not a scientifically verified concept, but scientists have established how it is possible to reverse the age of a cell. That can be achieved through reprogramming the epigenome, which, with time, may become damaged or altered due to stress, and in the process, lose its identity. Nobel Prize laureate Yamanaka identified four factors that were able to turn an aged cell back to embryonic stem cells, thus i.e. reversing epigenetic alteration. But how to do it in a body, and what this will give our health is still a subject of great interest.
