Cardiorespiratory fitness is the strongest predictor for a healthy and long life. A twofold risk in all causes of mortality is noticed in those who have a VO2max which is lower than 25 percent in comparison with those who have a VO2 max in the 50 to 75 percent. From 75 percent falls to 25 percent there is again a notable rise of a factor of 1.7 to 2.5 times A huge risk is also seen as you compare bottom 25 percent with the uppermost 2.5 percent it shows an all cause mortality risk difference by a factor of five. This seems to be one of the strongest links for any changeable deed.
