Indeed, exercise is the best intervention when it comes to longevity. It targets all the hallmarks of biological aging while improving the functioning of all systems like the heart, brain, bones and also impacts aging-related genes. At the moment, no medicine or any other dietary supplement has such a beneficial effect on life expectancy as physical activity.
