The term ‘longevity leap’ encompasses the major key of delaying the onslaught of chronic diseases which lead to untimely demise by leading a preventative lifestyle. It is more of the process of the aging rate reduction, which is the most significant risk element of many chronic diseases. It is more of the number of healthy years lived in a person’s lifespan, which focuses on increasing the health span, and consequent increases in life expectancy rates, given that a healthy person is at a lesser risk of having chronic diseases
