Lifestyle changes might seem frightening to many. But if you could live longer by eating beans, you wouldn’t ignore it. You wouldn’t have to avoid climbing too, as beans alone are said to add up years to your life. And many claim to do the same with easing the lifestyles further. But then there’s this question… For how long do they actually extend our life span, on average?

In comparison to getting protein from other sources which are not as healthy, consuming beans on a daily basis has been proven in various studies to extend your lifespan by four years. With their ability to be a complete protein when consumed with grains, beans are also low cost and readily available, making them a handy dietary addition for better health and longevity.
