If all the information on longevity is too much for you, take it slow and only focus on one area that you at least feel is important. Whether it's controlling your sleep, modifying your nutrition, or improving your emotional well being, it is possible to work on one area and create a shift in another. After a while, being successful in one area makes it easier to tackle other areas. It’s definitely not a competition, hence pick the area you think you would be successful in and commence from there.
