A longer life is truly a beautiful gift that one is given, and in order to live longer, there are many forms of diet that one can follow, though one has to be consistent. If one wants to know how to live longer, the first and foremost step one has to take is to avoid consuming junk food. One of the best diets that one can consume is following a vegetarian diet along with a proper workout regime. In a nutshell, it can be comprehended that one has to maintain on eating healthy food in order to live longer alongside excising. One important thing to keep in mind is to always be fit and have a slim and shaped up body.

All people who wish to achieve their long term goal of living a healthy longer life should follow the 80-20 rule i.e. eat 80% of clean food and reserve 20% for the bad food. So in this case if you consume a lot of clean food you cover up for the bad ones. For anyone wondering if it's all reasonable to live for a longer time: In order to live a longer life, exercise must be a part of your lifestyle, alongside the diet that you follow otherwise it's useless. Because without a doubt, exercise greatly contributes to maintaining bodily health. In conclusion, there are endless factors that can help one live a longer life which include eating healthy food, following a proper diet, consuming vegetarian items and above all exercising regularly. There are people who have been consuming green vegetables and constructed an absolute vegan diet along with exercising which have helped them a lot.
